Diet + Exercise And A System For Lasting Weight Loss!

On Halloween, 2011, I saw that my best friend was really achieving results with her weight loss and was looking great. “Diet and exercise,” she told me but Jennifer successfully lost weight and kept it off didn’t elaborate. Upon reaching the holiday season, I remember hoping she would be able to maintain her weight loss success. To my surprise, she appeared to have lost more weight. I had to know her secret. When I made the phone call for my free consultation, I remember initially feeling like I was admitting defeat, but I was tired of feeling miserable and drained of energy. Most of my family struggles with weight issues and I didn’t want to travel down that path. During the wellness program, I realized foods I had loved before didn’t appeal to me anymore. Sweets seemed excessively sickly and deep fried food made me nauseous. Now, if I stop exercising just for a couple days, I lack energy and feel terrible! The program has not only helped me with energy, confidence and a great figure, it has given me a new life.

Best of all, my mom has now enrolled in the program, has already lost 50 pounds and is aiming to lose another 50 pounds.
